Suppose my window is showing a message,ur file is corrupted, i hve 2 re-format the system so on the key board which key i hve 2 use, in order to bring the commands so i can start the formating,and wht type programe i hve 2 use, can anyone tell me

Hopefully you have either a Windows install CD or a System Restore CD that came with your computer. (If not, contact the manufacturer and usually for about $10 you can get one). But the CD in the CD drive and reboot the computer. It should automatically start the Windows install from the CD.
Remember that formatting your hard drive will delete all the files currently on it. If you format your hard drive, you will lose any pictures, music, documents, videos, etc. that you have on the drive.

All you need is a program called FDisk, this can be found on a Windows 98 boot disk, then all you need to do is boot in to it or what you could do is reinstall your OS this usually asks you if you want to format your HDD
