Windows XP has a stripped down version of DOS on it. Not all of the old DOS command are available in XP. Would need to know what commands you are trying to run, how you are running on them (bootup, command mode, within a Windows Command Prompt, etc) and what type of error(s) you are getting to be able to suggest a fix.

More information needed....

As roger mentioned for the instructions.: cd A:U dir cd To truthfully create the dossier, kind the instructions right into a textual content record in notepad and retailer the dossier. Now effectively difference the dossier extension from .txt to .bat - then you definitely have your batch dossier. If you can not see your dossier extension then move to 'my pc', from Tools menu click on folder choices click on the view tab untick "Hide extensions for identified dossier forms"
