I started feeling the pain days ago, I am soo worried because my testicles never hurt before. It started by swelling a little then now its paining but only when am walking. it feels heavier too.
When i touch it it also pains Especialy on the lower, bottom side.
my left teststicle is swollen and Hurts, what could be wrong?

Sounds like it may be torsion of the testicle, more commonly known as a twisted testicle. You need to see a doctor right away.

If it was testicular torsion you would be unable to even walk. I would probably lean towards a hernia. The swollen testicle could be one of 2 things- a hyrdrocele which is a build up of fluid, or could be from the hernia- bowel has ripped through the stomach lining and gone to the scrotum masking the look of a hydrocele. Regardless, you will need to go see a doctor and have an ultrasound done.

consult a doctor immediately ...it might be a torniqued testicle, wherein the artery connecting to your body is being twisted...it is fatal
