my left teststicle is swollen and Hurts, what could be wrong?

I started feeling the pain days ago, I am soo worried because my testicles never hurt before. It started by swelling a little then now its paining but only when am walking. it feels heavier too.
When i touch it it also pains Especialy on the lower, bottom side.
my left teststicle is swollen and Hurts, what could be wrong?

You could have a torced testicle or a hydrocele. It is very easy in men for the testicle to suddenly and for no reason twist on it self. It is very serious and requires immediate medical assistance. You need to see a Urologist about this immediately. Either situation requires attention.
If it is an infection it also requires medical attention.

From what it sounds like its probly an infection. You need to check it for any bumps or unusual things on the surface. If it still hurts after another day or two see a doctor
