Both. Moses was a very meek man. He lead hundreds of thousands of people across the desert. He was very spiritually mature. Although, being a man he wasn't perfect.Moses had a problem with anger. I couldn't Imagine leading all those people complaining about what they didn't have to eat & drink and that It was better In Egypt. God told Moses to Speak to the rock, thus giving God the glory. But Moses was so angry He hit the rock, letting his temper get the best of him. Who hasn't done that. We are to strive daily to please God In word action & deed..

I would say" Demonstrate spiritual maturity in a meek manner".
Not in an "in your face" way.

meek (mēk) pronunciation
adj., meek·er, meek·est.
1. Showing patience and humility; gentle.
2. Easily imposed on; submissive.
thesaurus; closely akin to humility
Jesus is the Exemplar of The Way. Jesus was the meekest man who ever lived. Jesus was ALSO the most spiritually mature man who ever lived.
Jesus said he existed simply for doing the will of his Father.
Jesus also showed patience in the extreme when dealing with his chosen apostles, who were constantly bickering over who of them would get the greatest honor with Jesus in the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus continually displayed mildness and gentleness in his teaching, and his reaching out to the lowly downtrodden ones. Jesus NEVER backed down from the Pharisees and the Sadducee's, and in fact became somewhat violent toward dishonest merchants who were polluting the holiness of the temple of Jehovah.
Revelation says that the resurrected Jesus will return as Judge, and as Executioner, of the residents of this planet.
Humans who are Guilla Christ should never be found guilty of participating in the warfare and bloodshed of this world, of which Satan is ruler. A Christian man SHOULD defend his wife and children from anyone who would attempt to harm them, and should be prepared to spend his life in order to protect his family, ONLY in self defense.
All of a Christian's dealings ought to be seasoned with meekness, and, until a Christian can do this, he is NOT spiritually mature... I am not there yet... I have WAY too many temper tantrums.

Meekness is a sign of spiritual maturity. "Meekness" is the opposite of being "prideful". It doesn't mean letting someone walk all over you or being shy about spreading the gospel.

meek doesn'y meen weak. Moses was called the meekest man that ever lives. But he forced the isrealites to take down thier false idol, crushes it into a powder, and made them drink it. He commanded respect because he knew God personally. I think he was very mature and meek.

I do believe you on some point. it form of feels like the "christian" rappers seem a lot like the "secular" rapper that it is complicated to tell them aside till you hear their words after which some words the "christian" rappers rap...nicely it has not something approximately God, or Jesus or something like that. Now don't get me incorrect there are some "christian" rappers that somewhat do sound solid and stuff like KJ-fifty two. he's fairly solid and his songs are solid and that they actually talk approximately God. yet different's i can work out what your speaking approximately. yet nonetheless it is not in basic terms the rappers. The contemporay christian scene seems to be extra mainstream. as a exchange of somewhat asserting the somewhat be conscious like God or Jesus they say "you" you're able to be every person...yet yeah...I say it is in basic terms a cover, nevertheless I hate that, because of the fact in the event that they actually stood genuine for what they actually sung or rap...i don't think of they might make it "huge" in the international...

Maturity is something you have or don't have, and trying to show you have it will probably come over as being pretentious.
Speak what you believe, listen to others and consider what they say with care and respect and don't be afraid of debate.
That goes for anyone of any faith.

Becoming meek is spiritual maturity. Shut your trap (to a certain extent), mind your own business (to a certain extent), and all will be well.
