i think it may have more to do with what you ate 8 hours ago, maybe the hot drink and cigerette just relaxes you and you just think about the fact you need the loo more

coffee is a diuretic, that's means it's a laxative for those of you in Rio Linda. Why a cigarette does that I couldn't tell you.
