Just a different way of boiling an egg. Taste nice too if you like tea. Suppoesedly has medicinal value as other herbs are added and eaten as a tonic.

To make the egg harder and to give it a "tea" smell when you eat it. It is a nice dish but I have not tried one although I always see 1

it is called è¶å¶è (cha ye dan). it is believed that the eggs that are boiled in tea have medical uses, good for health and it tasted really good!
