I am 19 and live in a joint family with my uncles. Last week, my cousin (15) and I went for our weekly swim in our neighbouring pool.

I have 36 C breasts and was wearing a two piece bikini which is quite decent. During the swim, I suddenly noticed that my cousin was looking at my breasts in a funny way.
My nipples were erect (due to the cold water) and thats what he was checking out... and as I looked down at his briefs - he had an raging erection. It was making a funny tent in his briefs...!

I tried to cover myself & look away and I could see that he was trying to sheild his condition with his hand....but since then I feel wierd talking to him.

Did he have that because he was looking at me in that way?
How should I punish him?
Is it right for him to look at my breasts?
Is he a perv or are all boys as bad?
What should I do? Should I tell his parents?
Should I continue to go swimming with him in future?

He's a teenage boy and couldn't help himself. As long as he isn't trying to act upon it then what's the big deal? Don't tell his parents and cause him further emarrasment. It's not unusual for cousins to find each other attractive, after all, we're all human. Just try to conceal yourself a little more, remember that although you're blood, that doesn't mean he's not going to find an attractive woman attractive and let it go. If he starts making inappropriate actions toward you then you've got a problem.

As the matter is funny, you are also funny and clever. You wanna punish him for staring at your nipples. Now I am copying the following lines"I looked down at his briefs - he had a raging erection. It was making a funny tent in his briefs". An elaborate look and observation right? So how he has to punish you? See he is only 15 yrs. The time of curiosity, hormone thrush and all. It is the nature's rule, a naked or exposed female body will make a man horny. So as he also had his erection. If you feel bad about it, don't mingle with him so closely, and avoid going with him alone for swimming.

You forgot one thing to yourself before posting the question. Straight away you came and accused boys. Who was responsible for all this? That was you. Why did you go to swim when a boy was standing there watching you in that case? You were in such a condition that a man would definitely get aroused. Since he is 15 and small he did not know how to control and the relations/ right/wrong hardly matters at that age. Ultimate it is sexual fantacies inscribed in the minds due to viewing or reading sexual contents. He is just an opportunity for you to blame now and if there were any other men they would aslo felt the same thing. So istead of blaming somebody and showing an finger at some one realize that the other four fingers are pointing at you.

Drop this here and don't give an other opportunity for such instances to occur.

I can imagine your feelings and his.
Really to poor boy is suffering from raging male hormones. He is just being male and probably even more embarrassed than you are. Yes all boys are that bad, they can't always help getting aroused. A penis has a mind of its own at that age Really it does.
Stop swimming with him for a bit and pretend it did not happen. Once you are both past the embarrassment talk in simple terms not too in depth and tell him you were not comfortable and could see he wasn't either but that you accept it was hormones. He'll probably mumble thank you and I am sorry of sorts and that is then the end of the matter

If I thought for a moment that this was a serious question I would tell you that you are a grown woman and you have a responsibility to create a modest character and be an example to younger children. Which is what he is. You say you live with men, but just noticed that the 15yr old gets erections? Sure. Knock it off.

No dear... He did nothing wrong, May be his intentions are not bad, still he is human ... Some activities are managed by senses & these are beyond our control.. rather you should avoid going in front of him like this.... Since ur cousin is 15 & it is very difficult for him to control his emotions at this age... Even a for adult aging 22 (Me), it is difficult... So no need to take any action, rather u take precautions.. God has given him 02 eyes to look good things, He is doing that by looking 36 C (Great)..... I think now I am able to explain that all boys are not bad, Only some boys are naughty, But their intentions are Good.......

All these reaction is normal.

Just go on with your normal way of life, but the next time you go swimming together, wear a thicker padded bikini that better cover your asset.

He is not a pervert. He is only a Male. Do not tell him parents, as this will cause unnecessary tension between all of you.

Well, because he's so young, I wouldn't make too much of a deal over it. Boys at that age can't exactly help it. He's just curious. However, I would sit down with him and explain to him that it's impolite to stare at any girl like that, and also that it's not right to look at a family member that way. He will eventually learn how to control himself as he gets older.

The way he was looking at you is normal for a boy at the age of 15 . He is interested at the girls .

I would suggest you stop going to the pool with him . Tell him that it "s not right to look at the family members like this . I would say that"s not nice to look at all females like this he may have problems .
