That was one of the scariest things I've ever seen on telly, right up until the studio emptied and it was just Parkie sitting there on his own, that kind of ruined it for me.

God yes I remember that it was great really spooky. I sat watching it all the way through arguing with my myself if it was real or not I couldn't make up my mind. We all know now it was totally fake but loved it none the less.

I watched that show when I was a kid, and it scared me so bad that I was in hysterics by the end of it. I had to sleep in the same room as my mum and keep the light on that night. It took me a couple of days to calm down a realise it wasn't real. Those type of things should be on every halloween, far scarier than half the horror movies out there now.

Do you remember the bit were people rang in and said that they could see an outline of a monk in the girls room which no one else could see, now that scared the bejesus out of me.
Yeah I wish they had cut it about 15 mins before they did and leave it up to people to think was it real or not.
Noting is ever done on Halloween any more.

Ghostwatch???I take it, thats a British show? I live in the U.S. and I haven't seen it on our programming here. If I did I would watch it. I love ghost stories.

my god! this has brought back some memories. I watched it and was convinced it was all true until right at the end. I remember somebody watching commited suicide because they were that petrified.

i did...was absolutely petrified.......and to top it all off im sure the fog was on after if i remember rightly....i was numb with fear!!! it was that ghost "pipes"......
