Just practising my quotation marks, is that right? (Ignore the last question mark, Yahoo put that there.)

Thank you, chutney. The question mark should have been outside the quotation marks, yes.
I thought Kennedy sang Hound Dog, but not to worry.

If you are asking a question about the quote, then your question mark should come last, as in 'What was Elvis Presley's message when he said "Ich bin ein Berliner"?'
(The question mark put in by Yahoo was actually in the right place - you didn't need one.)
By the way, that business of the quote actually referring to a sort of German pastry is an urban myth.
PS It was actually JFK.

It was actually JFK who said this, and the literal translation is 'I am a doughnut' a 'Berliner Balle' being a popular snack that can be bought from street vendors in Germany. It's the same shape as our jam doughnuts but does not contain any filling. What he should have said was 'Ich bin Berliner'

Was Presley asking a question or making a statement? John Kennedy made this gaffe when he visited Berlin. It's a bit like saying "I am Scotch."

If you want to say I am from Berlin it's "Ich bin Berliner"; "Ich bin ein Berliner" means "I am an iced bun."

Elvis was practicing to be John F. Kennedy, who was reassuring the citizens of Berlin that the United States would stand by them even in the face of threats by the Soviet Union.

This may well have been Kennedy's finest moment. His courage in the face of the Cuban missile threats also stands out as one of the better events of his presidency, but the "Berliner" quote was done publicly and was immensely popular at the time he said it.

You just want to practise your punctuation. You should leave out the '?' as it is a statement and not a question. He (JFK) meant to say, 'I'm a Berliner', and not ask, 'Am I a Berliner?'.

He was telling them he was a doughnut*. Actually it was Kennedy that said it.
But to get to your point, your quotation marks are exactly right.
