I know ginko helps the blood flow to the brain, which helps me study, but I am wondering what will happen if I hang upside down before a test or before I study.

The brain has a support system of glial cells that "call out" for nutrients when nearby neurons are being depleted, and this increases blood flow to the area. Studying does require significant energy output from neurons, but they are replenished quickly and automatically. No handstands are required.

No. Your brain isn't meant to function like that! You'll just get dizzy and have migraines etc.

However, doing things health wise to increase your oxygen carrying capability will help you concentrate ... short answer - Iron, but excess iron is useless unless your cardio vascular (heart and blood) system is healthy.

Exercise, a good breakfast, Vitamin B and food that's rich in Iron are all good things for concentration.

Blood in the body CIRCULATES. Not influenced by gravity.
Alright stand upside down, keep fire under your head. Hot head receives more blood.
