I would return it to the bank. The lessons I learnt as a child about right and wrong are still deeply ingrained.

On a personal level, I would immediately tell the bank. After all, it's not my money. If it's not my money, holding on to it is stealing. And I'm not starving in the street, so it would be immoral as well a illegal to steal, whether from an individual or corporation.
If this has actually happened: You need to tell the bank. If the money came out of your account, their machine is broken and needs to be fixed. If the money did not come out of your account, not turning in the extra money is considered stealing in most places. And since most ATMs I am familiar with have cameras as a safety feature, the odds of the police finding out who ended up with the money are higher than one would think. So whether morals or common sense, do everyone a favor and turn in the money.

I am honest and would be likely to report it.
However I never count my money at the ATM so I probably wouldn't know.
The bank is likely to be unable to trace or prove the extra 100 was given to you, in addition no one can prove that you actually noticed so you didn't commit a criminal offence (you accepted the money in good faith).
So why not be honest, or give it to charity?

try to look first on different angles maybe when you check the balance on your account, it was deducted to it.
if not, this is the time that blessing in disguise comes in.
you see, God uses situations to bless other people. and if this is one way to bless you (maybe you've been praying for a financial miracle) then here is your answer.
however if you perceive things the other way around, you could just simply report it to the bank & be a thanked by the clerks.
analyze first the situation 7x7 before doing any action.

The bank would probably catch on through their system and take the money out of your account anyway. If they don't...then aren't you a luck man!

I'd have to report it, my conscience would get the best of me if I didn't.

If it's that small of an amount then possibly. If they notice that's small enough to have been overlooked by you if you were in a rush.
