so there is this guy i really like but hes well, umn, SHORT.. so i dont really want to be seen in public with him.. however, thats not my question, my question is, when i was talkin to him, he made mention of wanting to have children one day, and i told him i would never give him children, because what if i had a son, i wouldnt want my song to have no chance at all to be tall.... was that wrong to say? could i have hurt his self-esteem?

I somewhat understand your height dilemma regarding children, however with what you said...
you basically pulled out a knife, jabbed it straight into his heart, twisted the knife and pulled it down all the way to his crotch, chopped off his penis, pulled out the knife looked at him and then finished off by kicking him square in the balls leaving him on the floor crying in fetal position.

The only maturity that you demonstrate in this post is the realization that you comment was insensitive and mean.
If you don't want to be seen with some one because of a physical trait - then exercise any caring you have for this person by telling them that you are not worthy of there friendship and go hang out with others that have as little respect individual worth as you do. My one wish for you is that you are absolutely perfect because others as shallow as you will tear you up if you - aren't
but then you aren't perfect either are you.
I know many people who wouldn't want to have a child with you because they want to have there children raised to respect that people are much more than there height, their weight, their eye color, their skin color, their hair color ....etc.

it's good to say it straight up, say it. if you care about him being too short, and feel bad about it, just don't "give a rats behind" remember and forget that it is not selfish to only care about how tall the guy is. I like chicks who have a nice rear end, and if they don't, man..
