God is the seed of life from which the human world tree grows. However He is such a seed that creates the wole world tree but never becomes created by any part of the tree. He is the Creator and all the tree is the creation. This only applyes to spiritual creation. The phizical seed and egg are subject to different laws. God is a spiritual seed....:).

People who are not concerned about spirituality are unlikely to believe or even disbelieve in God. That is why some have the interest and some don't have. It's fine. We are all souls (spirits) so at some point in time everyone will be concerned about spirituality. Just as in a phizical tree not all fruits are ripe @ the same time so in the spiritual tree is same.

You need to learn a little bit about biology before you'll even begin to understand the first thing about how plants and animals came to exist.

I know you will have stopped reading now because you either have limited understanding of science or a closed mind but for the benefit of the more open-minded:-

For millions of years the only living things on the planet were single-celled organisms that reproduced simply by dividing into two. As more complex organisms evolved by first becoming colonies of cells and later complex bodies of cells where different cells had different functions so more complex means of reproduction were evolved.

Reproduction includes dispersal of the next generation so it doesn't compete with the parent (in the case of trees, in your example) and also includes a means for the young to be protected while they develop (in the case of birds).

No devine intervention is required in order for a primitive plant to evolve a seed so that it can be dispersed because the plants that do it best will survive at the expense of others. No "creator" is needed to produce an egg-laying bird because any bird-like creature that produced an embryo without a protective shell would rapidly die out.

Here we go again. More philosophical questions. They fire up the thinking person's mind and shut down the minds of those who let "the anointed" do their thinking for them. Science and religion are not mutually exclusive. Evolution and the various Creation scenarios** can co-exist, if we quit blindly following the dogma of each.

**For the Christians: Yes! There are other versions of Creation. And they have just as much supporting text as the Bible, in some cases more. These texts are no less valid than the Bible!

In the Beginning there was the void. Then there was a bump and a bang and time and gravity and all sorts of things started. After awhile gravity puddled some things together, spinning. Some of them had enough but not too much of everything and all of a sudden just a tiny while ago amino acids formed... (It only took more time then we can grasp). From our perspective things rapidly sped up after that - ooze n cells n symbiotic collections of cells n organisms and then one day your Dad and Mom got a twinkle in their eyes and here you are.

Neat, eh?

Let's do it all again next universe.

Yes something started creation, but what.
Alternatively, we can also ask, God or Creation, which started first, for everything must have a start as well, including God

Wow. Ya got me. I never thought of that before.

Oh, wait. Science can explain it. Shucks. I guess I'm an atheist again. Sorry.
