would those elasticated knee tube things help by supporting the joint and keeping it warm or would they actually be a problem by restricting circulation and reducing the amount of exercise the muscles get?

Sometimes just the opposite is worse: I have osteo arthritis is the severe degenerative stages, I've had surgery twelve times on my spine alone. I have four cadaver bones and four of my hip bones in my spine, I have two separate "cages" rebuilding my spine, all to no avail. It's falling apart faster then they can rebuild it. I also have 32 wires and 32 screws in my spine.
In 13 years, now, I can hardly walk. I'm waiting for the O.K. for a spinal implant for the pain. You might say "batteries not included" my days will be spent getting the implant recharged every two months. That's O.K. though if it works. Jerry Lewis say it works beautiful.

Use Ice packs for the pain, Ibuprofen, I can tell you that and, no more. Don't over do it and, don't believe this crap that exercises will improve it, it doesn't.

If it gets worse you may have to have an arthroscope done, they send an needle with a camera into the knee joint, your asleep, to see what's going on, it's no problem and doesn't hurt.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!
