Cause What im doing isnt working (eating).
I know about working out so you dont have to comment that.
Im 21 - 5'7" and weight aboug freaking 120lbs, Ive always wanted to gain weight but nothing seems to work.. All my family members are also skinny..
I want to be normal.. about 130 or 135lbs

DO NOT try to eat more fatty foods - it will only damage your health and make you gain weight in the most worst way possible. What works for others may not work for you. Eating protein and good carbohydrates will aid weight gain but if your family is skinny I'd assume it is hereditary therefore you would need to do some weights to see the protein really take effect.

try foods that are high in caloric value, protein and fat (the good kind. not trans or saturated.) also, you need to eat more calories than you burn while working out. when you want to gain weight then you should aim to eat every 2-3 hours. and make sure the foods are healthy! meats, grains, vegetables, etc. burger king will only end up screwing your body later on in life. also if you feel that's still not working then you could try supplements.

Talk to a doctor, because overeating from any food group can make you sick. Too much fat can harm the heart, too much protein can overwork the kidneys, and too much carbs can set you up for diabetes. Alcohol can hurt the liver. These are very common weight gain strategies.
BUT I can tell you that Hostess Powdered Sugar Mini-Donuts are working for me.

Are you eating lots of carbs? Like potatoes, wht bread, rice, sweets, and sweet drinks!! If your eating all of those you should be gaining weight. Some people just have a fast metabolism!! I know lots of people who eat like crazy and don't gain weight. You should be glad your not able to get fat! Keep working at it!! Good luck!!:)(:

Try eating lots of hot spicy food or just try buying a lot of fatty foods. Such as chicken wings. Also try going to KFC.

one simple change you can make that will help put on a little weight is try and really load up on calories right before bed, that way your body has no time to burn and they will build up and be stored as fat

I suggest you take more carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables aside from meat. Eat regularly and take your snacks, then take sufficient rest.
