Guava is the World's Healthiest Fruit.
"The demure guava packs a punch five times more powerful than an orange, it's flesh sweeter, like a strawberry pear and brilliantly colored from a soft cream to bright blood red, each cup loaded with antioxidants--only the blueberry has more--the guava, yes, a superfood, full of vitamins C and A, lycopene, potassium, fiber to fight cancer, diabetes, heart disease and, would you believe it, build your immune system and brighten your skin; lower your bad cholesterol and keep bad bacteria at bay ..."

SORRY MIKE!
There is no such "ANIMAL". The healthiest "Fruit" depends on the Nutritional needs of EACH INDIVIDUAL PERSON.
There probably are as many different opinions as to "WHICH FRUIT" is the healthiest among your readers, as there are "FRUITS" in the world.
EXAMPLE: The AVACODO.
If you use the "current politically correct" nutrition pyramid publications, you seldom see it mentioned, yet it is a staple all over the world for many uses.
Pick up a small bottle of avocoda "OIL" off a grocery shelf, & read the nutrition lable. YOU WILL FIND IT THE HEALTHIEST OIL FOR COOKING WITH OF ALL THAT ARE AVAILABLE & it comes from a little noted fruit. It can help many people be healthier if they learn to use it in the correct way. It can be flavored, add spices as desired for taste. It can be used with various seasonings to produce a very healthy & tasty dressing for salads.
There are other fruits in the world which are widely used & loved, but in some individuals, produce potentially deadly reactions.
Good Luck & Best Wishes to all Persons Of Good Will.

No links available, but the two best fruits that I know about and eat quite often are:
Mango's
Papaya
They are especially good when the weather starts changing for a different season, that's when my Immune System gets a little weak and I eat lots of the fruit, as well as plenty of shellfish, which I realize isn't a fruit, but it goes really good with both fruits.

With the newer types of insulin these days, diabetic diets aren't necessarily as restrictive as they used to be. Read here https://tr.im/XJDwb
As with any medicine or diet change, you should discuss it with your doctor. Fruits, both fresh and dried, have a natural sugar in them that will raise blood sugar levels, so be careful about eating too much. Not sure about the nuts. Moderation is always the key. I've been diabetic for 18 years and just recently changed insulin types. I love it because it gives me more freedom in when and what I eat.

Goji from China, it's also called wolfberry
2nd choice would be Acai from Brazil
Of the common fruit, Blueberries.
I don't think we should really concentrate on one fruit. A good mix of fruit is healthier than just eating Goji all year.

Acai Berry!
It is high in essential fatty acids & omegas...
60% Oleic (omega 9) a monounsaturated essential fatty acid. 12% Linoleic (omega 6) a polyunsaturated essential fatty acid.
The Acai Berry also contains many valuable Phytosterols and Sterols, which are compounds of plant cell membranes that provide numerous benefits to the human body.
The Acai Berry is a dense source of a particular class of flavonoids called anthocyanins, which yields an ORAC value (a measure of its antioxidant properties) higher than any other edible berry on the planet. The Acai Berry is also an excellent source of dietary fiber--over 40% of its total fruit mass!

Acai contains Vitamin B1 (Thiamin), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin C, Vitamin E (tocopherol), iron, potassium, phosphorus and calcium. It also contains the essential fatty acids Omega 6 and Omega 9, all the essential amino acids, and more protein than an average egg.
What really sets Acai apart from the berry/fruit products is the antioxidant content. Studies show that Acai has up to 33 times the antioxidant content as red wine grapes. When compared to wolfberry, noni and mangosteen juice products, Acai is 6X more powerful in terms of antioxidant content.
The Nutrients in Acai
Oleic acid
Palmitic acid
Linoleic acid
Anthocyanins (also present in red wines)
Beta-sitosterol (beta-sitosterol), a phytosterol that inhibits cholesterol absorption.
The fiber content is approximately 44% of the total fruit mass, making it one of the most fiber rich fruits.
