Not everything, protein isn't changed into glucose but broken down into amino acids. Carbs and fats do though.

No. Protein is broken down into amino acids, which the body might change into glucose if there isn't enough in the blood. Also, fat often stays as fat and gets stored in adipose tissue, or used as energy by cells instead of glucose.
