Well i have three female cats: Cate (Katie), Anny (cause we coldn't think of Any name for her) and Suze. The name could come from their personality, like Suze would sometimes sneeze when we first got her. Sasha, Mikki, Izzy, Mimi.... If you havnt managed to find the right name that fits, look on the web, there's gotta be something there! Good Luck!

my girl is Kiera, my mothers cat is Oprah. i had a fish called Kalypso...how about Ayla, Halle, Phedre, Catalina. Knowing the cat's personality or coloring helps a ton when you're looking for a name... go to the local bookstore and flip through a baby name book...thats where i got almost every pet name(and character name) i ever used. good luck!

There are sooo many names for female cats. Spend some time with her and maybe something will pop into your head. I named mine for my favorite aunt: Ramona.

I find that being around the cat and getting acquainted will lead me to a name. I wanted to call my Abyssinian kitten "Mercedes" but it turned out her name was "Merryberi". It took me a bit to find it, but Merry suits her and she wouldn't respond to Mercy at all. Of course, I also call her Trouble, Sweetie Pie, Brat Cat, Pumpkin, Miss Mer and Stink Weed.

what color is she? what kind of personality does she have? those things usually help deciding what fits. i named mine Dora until we found out it was actually a boy, so now he's Dante. i also like the name Minerva, of course my cat is dark-colored and exotic looking. we also have another cat named Abby.
