Yes, of course you can! Mind you, you're appealing the decision to the same One who said 'no' in the first place (or so you say), but there are numerous instances in the Bible of God relenting to steadfast prayer. He's a great rewarder of faith and perseverance.
God bless you!

Yes, you can appeal up to three times. Then you will have to meet with him for a hearing on the matter. Of course, by that time you will be DEAD.
This is the way the Social Security system works here in the United States for native born Americans, NOT foreigners so I assume, this is the same way God works too. Hope you're a foreigner as you'll get faster service.......

Such things have happened before.
Abraham "bargained" with God about sparing Sodom & Gomorrah from destruction.
Moses "argued" with God about, "Why ME, Lord? I can't do all these things!"
Even Jesus, when praying in the Garden of Gethsemane said, "Let this cup pass from Me" ... but then the all important part...
"yet not as I will, but as You will."
In all of these cases, though an "appeal" was made, God's will was done, and that is the key.
Have a blessed day.

When God says NO you can always pay J.R. "Bob" Dobbs to turn the tables in your favor. Unlike Jesus Christ, "Bob" is always willing to grant favors for cash.
"Bob" is High Epopt of the Church of the Subgenius, the ONE TRUE RELIGION of Mankind......because its based on HUMAN NATURE. Check it out sometime. For $30 you too can become an ordained minister, and hear the REAL TRUTH about God (?) (!) Not only that, but you can make up your OWN truth and start raking in all the cash, sexual favors, and other good **** that comes with high ranking membership in a religious cult.

I think He would be considered the Supreme Court, so no appeals.
Try a lesser court like a priest before going straight to the top

Greetings,
Yes indeed. God knows what is right and wrong for us,if he says knows that means he has a better plan for us. It is in Prayer that Gods plan comes into action into our life.
Peace Be With you.

NO.
God Almighty is The Best Knower of every thing.
His Judgement is The Best Judgement.
Instead I would say " Thanks to God Almighty, for the best decision for me".
