I just want to be able to stop talking to him stop seeing him and just stop everything!! Why cant I? Is there anything I can do to help like "ween" myself off him?!

Its because you're one of those Stupid chicks who drools over "the cute bad boy Loser image" while at the same time kicking to the curb EVERY decent guy who shows an interest in you.
In your mind. if a guy is responsible, intelligent, loyal, hard working or shows the slightest promise to be successful in life then you're "turned off".
You might as well go crawling back to your old BF. IMO chicks like you that manifest that "moth to the flame" mentality Deserve everything you get!

It might be one of things... like you really desire and crave chocolate even more after you discover you have an allergic reaction to it.
There is a reason he is your EX, so if you have to, write down the many ways he was wrong for you. Get angry if you have to... just break that habit.
Next, you need to write up a "spec sheet" to the universe of all the qualities you truly desire in a man, and review that every morning as you have your breakfast.
I suggest you invite your girlfriends to stay overnight for a "girls' night in" and sit around watching DVDs, eating chocolate and bashing men.

Fill the void with something worthwhile. Quit sitting around dwelling on him and find hobby, a charity, a need to fill and fill it. If you do something worthwhile and hang around others that are doing worthwhile things, you are likely to meet and build a relationship with somebody who just might be .............WORTHWHILE
