Soya is another word for soy, most commonly used by the British.

The soybean is a leguminous plant (Glycine max) native to Asia and now grown much more widely.

I don't know how you can confuse a bean with a byproduct. It is a bean.

There are many mixed review about soy. It is OK in it natural form. It become a problem when it is processed like most other foods. Do more research on this topic before over indulging in this product. It is reported that this product is an issue in girls at an early age. Best to be safe than sorry. My daughter had issues with soy milk.
