You need to stop and think about it before you even consider it because a lot could happen. Before you have sex you need to be able to answer some questions with a yes answer..

Is this the person you really want to spend the rest of your life with? You will have a lifetime relationship with her if she gets pregnant and has your child.

Are you ready and able to be a parent? No matter what kind of protection you use there is still a possibility of pregnancy so you better be ready.

Are you able to support a child? Children cost money and you will be financially responsible for any child you help produce.

A lot would happen.....

I do respect teenagers who are sexually active, even if I do NOT agree with the fact that they should be in the first place. The law of NO SEX UNDER 16 is supposed to be for both boys and girls, but mainly we say it is for girls in politics.

...reason being that it is the girl who would get pregnant, and her life`s potential is seriously reduced to that effect. If you and her are both 15, it is even worse. Both of you will have to take up the responsibility for your actions and teenagers are prone to be prosecuted by law.

Don`t think that your age will save you from any mess you both make. You will still have to face the consequences at 15, and perhaps it will make a very big impact to your life.

Just relax and enjoy your life. Study, go to University, Get a Job, Settle down, then you have your whole life ahead to have sex. Atleast then, you`ll know you have something to give, IF it turns out wrong, as you should expect.

for my area, it incredibly is thoroughly nice. while i grow to be 19, i attempted asking out a woman that grow to be sixteen. regrettably, she had a boyfriend, so i did not get so fortunate. yet it incredibly is beside the factor. even though i don't be attentive to what the regulation in specific states the place you reside, i'm specific it is a team of nonsense. even nevertheless at this factor you'll be over the age of maximum persons and he or she's underage, the version between your 2 an prolonged time maintains to be invariant. hence, once you're 20, she'll be 18, and if so (assuming 18 is considered to be the age of an grownup the place you reside) there are not any criminal themes by any capacity. i think of it is nice which you proceed having intercourse along with her; in case you the two are in a committed, trusting courting and the two desire to have intercourse it incredibly is nice. perhaps nevertheless, you're able to desire to be careful approximately the place you're doing it; do not do it in the lower back seat of a vehicle once you're parked with the aid of a police station! i wish that facilitates.

That's a tough one. In Minnesota they use a seperation of age law, so that at certain ages there is a certain maximum or minimum age difference. I would say with both of you being under the age of consent, it would be okay, and if it were illegal I wouldn't expect more than a slap on the wrist. Just make for sure that she says yes like 10 times in case you get an asshole judge if your parents decide to take a legal action, which they probably won't.

You are 15 and in know way able to support the child that may come out of what you are planning to do. Condoms are not 100%, neither is the birth control pill. I urge you to wait until you are able to handle the consequences of what may happen.

In many places it's considered experimentation or the like if you're within 4 years of each others age.

However if people change their minds and decide to be ******* or parents find out and get angry and decide to be ******* you're basically both considered to be under the age of consent locally. Which on one hand could make it less serious or on the other hand more literally means you're both considered too young to think for yourself and make appropriate decisions... Lawyers, they can spin things in any direction they like though.

So in general, you might just take it easy for some time - If not, be careful, be safe, don't advertise it - like this question which is now going to be floating around the net for anyone to find & potentially use as evidence against you.

Well for one, the male always gets in trouble, even if he is (of age, or within the limit)

The law in texas is:
14-17 ok
15-18 not ok

if one or more of the partners is a minor, they must be within 3 yrs of age to not have legality issues... or for it to be considered rape... but if one of the partners is an adult now, then they WILL get in trouble if the other is a minor, no matter what the 3 yr rule states...

Either parent can shoot you and claim self defense. That applies when it's a member of your family being attacked. A sibling could make the same claim, too.

The law does not protect her from getting knocked up! Are you ready to quit school, get a job and support a family or do you plan to tell her it is her tough luck?
