Well, female provider....I am not sure what kind of provider...a Doctor? a Professional or just a female providing any kind of service....(no, I am not thinking that...) I suppose that if you are not a macho type, you should feel very comfortable with a female in front of you, I am sure that you won't feel intimidated by her, so I would say treat her normal, she can handle anything.
Now, if you are talking about a Doctor.......puff! better yet! after she exams you, just remember: she saw many many many pairs like those, and there's nothing to be impressed about. Don't worry!

treat them better than you would treat your girlfriend ---- they are used to people being self concious ---- talk to them --- ohh and make sure the business is legal if it is not then you could be in for all sorts of problems
