Because of the shape of the blade it gives you a different dimension in our hair cut. Some hair dresser make this with regular scissor by cutting some part of your hair ends in kind of triangles.
This is easier.

That particular pair is made for blending the "line" in a clipper cut or fade. See how the first teeth are shorter progressively getting taller towards the handle. Thats why i can tell. Sometimes I do use my blending shears to texturize short hair cuts but you can not do a whole hair cut with them. If you see similar scissors but they have less teeth they are for "chunking" longer hair.

I agree with Jo-Jo-I use these type of shears to blend the line out in clipper cuts-these scissors come with any number of teeth--the more teeth on these type of shears( blending/texturizing) the less hair they take out and vice versa the less teeth the more hair they will take out-hopes this helps you!!

It cuts your hair, but its not like regular scissors. The cut a different way, but its better to use those scissors than regular scissors to cut your hair.

they are like a hair thinner. they are used to go through your hair and de bulk it. some people use it if they have bands to give them texture. they are your friend, they work you should use then, your hair looks more, as i said, textured and light and movable as well. hope that helped!
