Depends on the size of your dog. If he is a large dog, he probably won't have any effects at all. If he is a small dog he might get some diarrhea. Bakers chocolate and dark chocolate are more poisonous than cocoa and there is usually only a small amount of chocolate in thin crisps to begin with. Keep a close eye on him though just in case, but he will probably be fine.

Probably not much. Your dog may experience some vomiting or diarhea. Chocolate cause seizures in dogs & usually occur within 10-20 minutes after eating choc. Chips contain little choc. Bakers & pure chocolate are the worst! most dogs need a pretty heavy dose of it to cause damage. Just keep an eye this eve. I really doubt you'll have trouble. Good luck & if your pet should get really ill call the vet or emergency pet clinic.

I doubt if your dog will get really sick. I know that today Vets tell us to never give chocolate to our dogs and this is good advice. However, back in the olden days, I grew up with a dog that used to eat chocolates every Christmas, and we would give it chocolate ice cream as a treat, on a cone yet. That old dog lived to be 15 yrs old. She did develop diabetes in her old age, so we had her "put down". I don't think your dog will expire from one little piece of chocolate that she got by mistake.

For future reference, the smaller a dog is the less chocolate it has to consume to become sick. Also, the higher the cocao content, the more deadly it is - so milk chocolate is less harmful than dark, while the worst kind of chocolate your dog could get into would be baking chocolate.

That said, the amount of chocolate in one of those miniscule cookies wouldn't even be enough to unsettle a chihuahua. Your dog will be fine. :)

Your dog should be fine! It takes more than that amount of chocolate to make a dog sick. If you're worried though, just keep an eye on him for the next few hours.

Unless your dog is under 10 lbs the most it may do is give him gas, or maybe an upset stomach. Get him to drink some water. Chocolate is toxic to dogs, but it is in proportion to their weight & the amt of chocolate they eat. I would not worry about that small of an amt unless it is a tiny tiny dog, just watch him.

How big is your dog? In order for them to get any poisonous effect from chocolate it would have to be more than that and say like for several days. Don't worry about it.

NO it will not hurt your dog . a lot of choc.. will but not a little bit it just hurts there inside if you feed your dog a bit of choc.. here and there over a long period of time (like a year), but i once knew a lady that use to feed her dog choc..all the time because they liked it they are old dogs to so i guess it matters to some dogs but others insides can take a bee-ding but totally not recommended
