I do not know of any American who can receive "free grant" in pursuit of the college careers. I know there exceptions in the case of being the second child during resulting from a divorce, but I have not heard of "free grants" being offered to the average student, or a student returning back to school after a few years absent from it. All I know, it seems cheaper for US hospitals to go to the Philippines, have nurses pass an exam, and if successful on passing this exam, hospitals end up sponsoring these nurses. What I find annoying, is many of these nurses have no loyalty to this country, and upon retirement plant to return to their country and live like kings and queens, and pay their servants low wages,

Apply for FAFSA aid, and also check with the financial aid office of the school or schools you are considering and ask what might be available.

Sometimes hospitals will pay off some of your tuition if you commit to working there for a specified period after graduation.
