With the Cot it should make the playing field a little bit more even. I think the smaller teams will be the winners and the bigger teams the losers because everyone has to have the same car specs. There will be no room for cheating. I know there will be some that try but can they afford it?

With the playing field leveled out by the CoT, the fans will be the big losers. Only the most skilled drivers will win consistently--Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart, Jimmie Johnson, Dale Jr, and maybe a few others. Whether we are fans of one of these drivers or not, we will soon get tired of seeing the same guys winning all the time.

The Fans will be the losers. With the COT on all of those "cookie cutter" race tracks and NASCAR trying to make all the drivers "sing the same song", the racing will become boring. There will be no real winners

Hendricks, Gibbs and Roush will be the winners. DEI and all the one and two car teams will be the losers including Walthrip and Ganassi.
