I was diagnosed with trichotillamania about 6 years ago, and it basically means i pull out my hair. My sister is getting married, and my hair is very thin, and I dont think its thick enough to go into an up do. I am very fair skinned, have very fine hair to begin with, and I'm wondering can I put some fake hair in with my real hair to bulk it up? If so, how hard is it to get it out? Thanks!

My girlfriend has trick and a weave. It can get a bit pricey but it does look really nice. To the casual observer it looks very good. Anyone who has an awareness of extensions would know its not real
Tric is a very challenging disability. You just have to deal with it the best you can When you have a weave, it is your hair because it covers all your natural hair

You could buy a wig. Or maybe get hair extenstions...I'm not sure how those work though.
