I was once very lost in a big city and I noticed I would get to a street corner and the wind would pick up and start blowing a certain direction every once in awhile at different street corners the wind would change directions again? The animals would also start to travel different directions along with the wind. What was going on was God leading me, or is there some other explanation?

I doubt seriously that God was giving directions. I train dogs for a hobby and one thing we have always known is that they do not like to head into the wind. They would rather go parallel to the wind or in the direction the wind is blowing. This could explain the reason the animals were going a certain direction. Also their sense of smell is so much stronger than ours that they all might have caught a food smell from a certain direction that prompted them to go that way.

Also in the big city with all the tall buildings, the wind, out of necessity must blow through the intersections and down streets. The direction of the wind is not only determined by the force of the wind, but the buildings deflecting the wind a certain way.

My first impression is to ask, what "big city" has animals roaming the streets and changing directions with the wind?

My second instinct is to advise you, with respect, to buy a city map instead of relying on God and divine intervention to navigate you around an unfamiliar city.

As for the wind being changeable...it tends to do that....Blessings!

One thing you always have to keep in mind is: In this world ANYTHING is possible.
So maybe.
