In the past 2 months an attractive 24 yr old female has received two unsolicited invitations to men's hotel rooms (one from an acquaintance and the other from a guy at work who she supposedly only knows on a hi & bye basis), a request for sex from another office mate and at least one call in the middle of the night from an intoxicated coworker who wanted to know why she wouldn't go out with him.
Is this something that is common to most women? If not, why might this be happening to this particular woman?

Yes, it is common but usually very unwelcome. These coworkers have the impression that she is open to receiving calls at home. They need to be told very clearly that this is unacceptable and not to happen again, if it is not wanted.

I am 46 and average looking but I get a lot of advances from total strangers, or worse still, from left field from guys I have known for ages. Some of my co-workers reckon I give out pheremones, those elusive sexual hormones, but I don't know about that. I am in a committed relationship and am not a flirt so can't explain why it happens, but it sure does, and on a regular basis. I try to feel flattered but make it obvious I am not on the meat market. The last time I was hit on it was in a lift between the 9th floor and the 11 floor of a hotel from someone I had never laid eyes on before! I put it down to the guy testing the law of averages: he had a 50/50 chance I would say yes. They are bored and bordering on pathetic.

is soooo common! guys can be hound dogs! I've been in my car at a stop light and a guy has shouted "hey girl you want to f*ck?" that damn light couldn't turn green fast enough! I just make vomit sounds and act like I'm gonna be sick! they usually get the hint!
