Wouldn't that sentence be gramatically incorrect?

It would be like saying "He who is isn't."

But if you said "God exists" it would be like saying "My hand is my hand," so it makes sense.

"Everything I say is a lie." is grammatically correct, but the statement is an impossibility. "God doesn't exist"? is grammatically incorrect because of the punctuation. There is no sentence within the quotation marks unless you have a punctuation mark after the "t" in "exist" and before the closing quotation mark. The correct way to write this would be: "God doesn't exist.". Which is also, by the way, an impossibility due to the fact that you are here to write that and we are here to read this. If God didn't exist then he wouldn't have created Adam and Eve and you and I and we wouldn't be here.

Well, it is wonderful to me, every day I live, and the longer I live the more wonderful it is to me, into how small a space, and how simple a truth, all the truth is resolved. Whoever comes to the recognition of this fact, and holds himself to it, has all the truth there is in the universe,--God is, and there is no other. "He that cometh to God must believe that He is." Hebrews 11:6. It is not enough to believe that He exists. God is! That is His name. "I AM." John 8:58. When we come face to face with that, it is a wonderful thought. God is. Where? He is. Go where you will in the universe, and there it can be said, He is. You know what it says in Psalm 139:7, "Where shall I go from Your Spirit? Where shall I flee from Your presence?" What confidence can we have in God if He is not the only supreme, absolute, the only God, the only Ruler in the universe? If any one can claim power aside or apart from God, we have no hope.

There is one being who has thought to divide divine honors with the Lord. He has said, "I will be like the Most High," and he has instilled that spirit into mankind from the very beginning, saying, "In the day ye eat thereof, ye shall be like God." I believe that was why our first parents cut loose from God. They thought that they could get along without Him, therefore they did not need to obey Him. It is all involved in that; Satan said, I have power outside of God, I am independent of Him. Satan made them believe that!

It isn't gramatically incorrect.

"Unicorns don't exist."

Do you see horned horses running around here?

Follows the rules of english.

And in an alternate universe, most likely another dimension, he who is, really isn't.

You can totally say that something that doesn't exist doesn't exist.

Santa Claus doesn't exist.

The Tooth Fairy doesn't exist.

Grass that is purple and smells like cotton candy doesn't exist.

It's all perfectly grammatical.

The only reason you see a problem is because you're refusing to see that there's a possibility that there is no proof of that mythical man in the sky, when all logical evidence leaves no other conclusion.

"God" does not actually mean "He who is." God or gods are any number of supernatural beings believed to be in control various aspects of the universe. Only in Judeo-Christian beliefs, with names like "Yahweh" or "Jehovah," does God have a name that tranlates into something like "He who is." Long story short: "God doesn't exist" is a logical sentence.

Just to humor you and to be more correct: Deities, higher powers, spiritual being and gods do not exist. Or in short form: Gods do not exist.

We could go on and say that "god" doesn't mean "he who is".

I think you are mislead. While the Christian and Jewish God said "I am Who Am", the word "God" does not mean "I am". Therefore, your analysis is incorrect.
