Once, a friend told me, Pain in ur heart will never be gone, It's stay forever. u hurt by someone, after years when u think of it, it still feels.....and It was real true.
...to let go something or a bad past, is always paintful. When we say we let go, it means it doesnt hurt that much anymore, and we are already moving on...
..human always choose to be in comfort positions, dont you think so?

I think perhaps the heart is trying to solve a problem and the heart is looking for a better problem to solve.
