I've heard hydrogen peroxide and baking soda work, but is it safe enough that it won't erode or damage the teeth in any way?

Is it okay to use on a daily basis, or once in a while?

Both? Or just one? Together, or separately?

Here are many ways that you can whitening your teeth!

For home remedies.

Mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to form toothpaste. Brush the teeth regularly with this paste. It will remove all stains in a month.

Use bicarbonate of soda 5 minutes before brushing the teeth with normal toothpaste in the morning. This is a good home remedy for teeth whitening.

Rubbing the bark of walnut tree on the teeth helps in removing all stains from the teeth.

Strawberries are considered natural teeth whiteners. Rubbing the teeth with strawberries daily will remove all the stains.

If you would like a suggestion on tooth whitening gel, here's something for you!

Crest Night Effects Whitening Gel (about $18.00) allows you to remove stains while you sleep. The tooth whitening system has a fresh, wintergreen flavor. After fourteen days of sleeping with this product on your teeth, you will wake up to a vibrant smile. Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.

the best thing and the natural way to keep teeth whiter is to avoid exposing it to teeth staining culprits like foods and drinks that can possibly discolor teeth. also make it a habit to properly brush and floss teeth every after meal so that stains can be removed. use straw when drinking iced tea or colas for this would be a great help to prevent tooth stain. for more tips on how to get teeth whiter visit http://www.maximumteethwhitening.com

baking soda is the best, safest, cheapest and most recommended...peroxide and those whiteners are quite damaging...
if you listen to the commericals now that take about enamel damage, that it cannot be reversed, yet they want you to buy their products...scam...
the whiteners are extremely damaging...they penetrate the enamel and cause permanent tooth damage...dentures are on the menu for those who have been using them...
