I want to buy one that I can use as a pro eventually but I want a pro one now to practice.

Slow down, Justin. First, take a photography class. Learn about light and ISO and shutter speeds and f-stops. Learn about composition. IMO you should be using a 35mm film camera in your photography class. Its a good grounding in learning to see photographs before releasing the shutter.

Once you understand composition and light and shutter speeds and ISO and f-stops you'll have a better understanding of what type of photography you enjoy.

While you're taking your classes, find a working pro photographer who will let you work as their assistant. As you watch and listen you'll learn what it means to be a pro. Ask questions only when your mentor isn't working - unless you don't understand what you're supposed to do.

The combination of classes and working alongside a pro photographer will prepare you for your stated goals. But you have to crawl before you walk and walk before you run.

After all, you wouldn't buy a car if you didn't know how to drive, would you?
