Let's assume that someone needs glasses but they haven't got them. They instead, just for fun, try on someone else's to see how glasses would look on them, instead they see their face all blemished, and when they take the glasses off, the blemishes are still a little visible but not as well. Is this how the person really looks?
*note that the glasses the person tries on is not the right prescription for them, it might be higher or lower.

When ever I get new glasses (even with the SAME prescription), for few hours, everything look different. Usually they appear to be MUCH sharper but somewhat distorted.

Your brain will adjust to it in very short time, and everything will look normal.

I have definitely never had this happen... I wear glasses, I have since I was six, and I swap glasses with everyone I meet who wears them who I've become friends with.
It might be a distortion caused by incorrect prescription, or maybe a flaw in the lenses. I have a friend whose glasses are so scratched that they have rainbow-colored lines on them... I swapped with him, and I could hardly see for the scratches, even though our prescriptions are probably within a diopter or two. If they were like pitted or something, you might see that pattern on your face.
