i love chocolate sooooooo much, im like addicted. i want to leave it behind, but i dont know how. its too hot to exersize, and im not comfertable to go to the gyym. what should i do??i am mostly bigger than all my friends. im like normal size , but my friends are really skinny. dont judge, im not here for that.

try low or no fat alternatives, such as chocolate pudding - there's a kind that has no trans fat
avoid any foods with hydrogenated oils in them - those fats are harmful and can cause heart disease

How can you love chocolates? I hate chocolates...and I am sure you wonder why. It's too sweet for me, even the dark ones. But just because you leave chocolates behind it doesn't mean you will lose weight. Probably healthier but I still gain weight not eating one for months.

Chocolate is good for you in moderation. Try fat free hot chocolate or fat free chocolate pudding. You don't have to leave it behind completely, but try to switch to something better for you than chocolate bars that are chocked full of sugar and fat.

Just don't eat it every day!
I was addicted to Diet Coke... yeah I really was....
It took me about 2 weeks of headaches (probably the caffeine) now I only drink it about twice a month! and guess what... When I do have one, it tastes better than when I had it every day!

you can still enjoy chocolate thats not bad for you. Sugar free or dark chocolate are great alternatives

theres nothign wrong with eating chocolate, and if u like dark chocolate go for that its actually good for you, it really strengthens ur immune system, and if ur normal size u have nothing to worry about =)

You can have chocolate, but just in moderation. Enjoy one piece every day and maybe cut back on meet.

choclate is actually healthly. Just do 100 pushups and situps before bed. You will be able to feel it in a week, see it in a mounth. With no embarasment, unless you have annoing siblings.

Dark chocolate isn't really that fat.
It's all the sugar and milk chocolate that makes you fat. =P
Indulge yourself in a piece of dark chocolate everyday.
