it's not your brain or body, the answer is YOU, you can destroy yourself and save yourself, you control what you do and what you don't do, don't push yourself to hard or you will fail, you are your heaviest burden and constant companion, you choose to do things correctly and wrong, if you ruin yourself, then that your choice, so it won't matter to you, teachers like to ask deep questions and sometimes the answer is right in front of you
