because the parents give them everything they want, and enable the kids to be able to be lazy bums.
if parents would give their children responsibility while at home and teach them how to do things, instead of handing them everything on a silver platter, they'd be better off.

The young adults feel that they are not totally financially and emotionally ready to take care of themselves. They also feel that their parents haven't done enough to make them be the person that they want to be. Young adults are also spoiled in some way.

Because most parents today don't give young adults their independence. Parents need to let young adults learn how to do things to survive in this cruel world.

Whatever "crybaby" (the guy from answer one) in some of the cases parents are the ones who cant let go (my case) some of us are ready to get the hell out and move on the "BIG adults" are the ones telling us we cant do it and that if we try we will fail.
