Alright, so I have about a 1mm gap between my front two teeth that I'd like to get closed, and I was looking at various ways to go about doing this.

I don't think braces nor Invisalign would be a viable option, just for the sheer fact that my teeth are pretty decent except for those two front teeth.

I was thinking about getting veneers, but I'm not sure how that would work, due to the fact that I am only 16 (Nearly 17). I've also heard some things about Lumineers, so my teeth wouldn't be reduced to rubbish.

I'm just not sure about my options, and the prices of those options.

Also, on my bottom row of teeth, one tooth is sort of pushed forward like .1mm, and I was wondering how that could be fixed aswell.

The main problem was the small gap.

Thanks for your responses.

Yes, this is something "really worth fixing," Mr. Capslock.

I was wondering more about direct resin bonding..

Any info?

Bonding resin is carefully added to the teeth on either side of the gap. It is very important to start the procedure beneath the gum, so that the teeth emerge gracefully from the gums. If this cautionary step is not taken, a ledge is formed at the tooth-filling interface which can decay rapidly, or promote periodontal disease.

Braces or invisalign are great options for closing the gap! If all you want fixed are your front teeth, it a great way to go! Veneers are ok, but they are made of ceramics or porclein and stain, chip, crack very easily. For the amount of time and money you are going to spend on fixing your teeth, I strongly suggest looking into braces or invisalign to fix the gap way before you start shaving your teeth down for veneers.

Do you have your third molars (wisdom teeth) yet? I'd hold off until they grow in, because they might push your teeth forward and close the gap naturally.
