Find some body you trust or a liscensed massage therapist to give you massages. Physical, supportive touch is very healling coming from a person or an animal or even yourself. Give yourself a rub on the back, arms and legs but if you can find a good person let them give you weekly massages. Also write a diary ... the more you express your pain through all outlets: physical exercise, art, music, singing, writing, etc. the less bothered you will feel. Also go buy the dvd : THE SECRET ... its full of positive energy ... it can help. surround yourself with positive people, positive memories, positive environments, and a positive mind. Enjoy the warmth of the light on your soul and a friendly loving touch on your back. GOOD LUCK.

Popping pills and cutting yourself? What do you think? I'm not so concerned with the lack of appetite. It's very common for depression to manifest itself through a temporary eating disorder. Some people eat when they're depressed, and some don't. The cutting and pill thing though...that's not at all good. Definitely see a doctor.

Have you been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, or have you simply decided you have it, hon?

You really need to see a doctor for a diagnosis if you haven't.

Please take care of you, see your doctor. be HONEST about your feelings, the thoughts of cutting, the change in eating habits, etc.

Your doctor can refer you to someone if need be... you DESERVE GOOD HELP! and i hope you will get some soonest.
hugs

How and what should i do to help my bipolarness?
Simple..take your meds!!! Even when you're feeling great. Have a family member take you in to emergency for observation tonight and contact whoever is handling your therapy as soon as possible.
