Hi:
I do not know of a web site that lists meds for Bipolar. But you are having some major med concerns and these need to be addressed by you and your doctor alone. He/she is the one who can tell you everything about a particulat drug and he/she is the one who can recommend the right drug for your Bipolar.
You can check with your local pharmacist, but honestly a diagnosis of Bipolar is serious and not to be taken lightly at all. Any thoughts of med changes, questions, concerns then call your doc. That is why you hired him/her and that is their job. I am sure they will be more than willing to sit and chat with you about other alternate Bipolar meds.
Call your doc and make an appointment. He/she is the only one qualified to make changes and to give you the appropriate information that will be specific to you and your body. It will be woth the 5 minute call and 15 minute appointment.
Be safe and be well.

you can do a yahoo search for MEDICATIONS FOR BIPOLAR DISORDER. i'm sure you wil find a lot of info.
i have taken abilify, with good results, except i had a rare side-effect. i found lamictal to be good for me. i have also taken depakote and depakote ER... which caused me to gain weight and lose some hair.
talk with your doctor about your concerns regarding medications. each med works differently for each individual, so what might be good for me, may not work for you... sometimes it takes some experimenting to get the right mix
take care and i wish you all the best.

You do not get diabetes from meds. If the seroquel is working then continue with it. Sometimes meds can make you more prone to certain things but it does not actually cause things like diabetes.

You can try Abifly, but the chances of getting diabetes are very slim with Seroquel.

I'm sorry, I don't know that answer. I just had to throw in to whoever said that seroquel doesn't cause diabetes, that it does. It causes your pancreas to stop functioning correctly CAUSING diabetes. It also causes tardive dyskinesia.
