I can not stop it. If somebody put a bag of chocolates infront of me I would eat them. I even sneek my dads chocoates and hog them. I love fruits and stuff but I just cant stop. And I used to be skinny now im starting to go chubby and fat. Please dont judge me im here for help not criticise.

Find something else to substitute for your addiction, and if you see chocolate promise yourself you will only eat 1 or 2 pieces.

I have the same addiction. Also pasta ! Don't no how to stop. You can try eating carob, it taste a lot like chocolate. Good luck !

thats because chocolate is amazing. just daily reduce your amount to chocolate. or buy something else thats healthy and start eating thatttttt

I'm a chocoholic as well. I really love the 80% caco Ghiridelli ones. One of the best flavors that I know of. (Besides one, but I'm not going to tell you what it is).
