I accidentally taped some video on my digital camera instead of taking a picture. How can I get pictures off of the video clip? Any tips on how I can do this without spending money would be great!

you need video editing software........dont bother the resolution of video is so low the pics will only disapoint you

Open Windows Movie Maker (part of Windows XP sp2 and higher) and import the video into Movie Maker. Drag the clip to the timeline (bottom of screen) and move the timeline pionter to the section to capture. On the Tools menu choose 'Take picture from preview' and a snapshot of the image will be captured.
The quality will be poor, but you can capture still images from video clips.
