Why are you searching for a cult. To join? For a class? For basic information? In search of Truth? To see what people will call a cult?
If I knew why, I could give you an intelligent answer.
EDIT: I didn't want to just not answer after I had asked you to explain but I must admit my ignorance of such cults. I haven't come across any in my religious studies. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Hmm...I'm not sure if there are any lycanthropic cults around anymore. Sorry I can't help. You could ask in Mythology as well.

What sort of cult do you wish to find? What definition of cult do you wish to use?
According to one definition, any religion is a cult.
Another definition would say that any non-Orthodox Christian religion is a cult.
Another says that any religion that exerts undue control over people, and separates them completely from their original familiar group and family is a cult.
