fusion medication?

Question

I have to take antibiotics for a while but then i get diareah with it so my mom gave me peptobismo which holds diareah and i think also a antacid

it told me not to take any antacid within 2 hours of taking the antibiotic but my mom not knowing it said that gave me 2 pepthobismo and a antibiotic pill at the same time 2 times a day for 3 days now

what would happen

Apparently, the antacid keeps the antibiotic from working:
