Going for a new passport and my name has changed. Will my old name appear on the new passport along with my new name?

The old name will no longer appear on the new passport with a new name so that there will be no confusion.

no, only a last name and first name will appear, nothing more,
in one of my other passport, my maiden name does appear, as well as my married name,
