I'm glad you are getting some help. If you feel you may not be able to speak or get fluster it wouldn't hurt to write things down. This way to you won't forget something. Don't worry though your therapist will know how to keep the conversation going in a positive direction.

Yes, write down all your feelings and share with your therapist. This man can really help you.
My son went to a therapist and they talked about his problems. With that and some medications, I'm glad to say my son has come back.

By the way, congratulations. I truly hope you will gain something very positive from your visits with your new therapist.

It sounds like a gut instinct to write down your problems and feelings. Yes, do it if that if your conscience is telling you to. You don't need us to validate your common sense or instincts, because my opinion, is that you are being responsible to make your life better, and that's more than what many people choose to do.

Hi... i'm glad you're going to see someone. i've been in and out of therapy for years, and it's really helped me to develop coping skills and give me direction.

I think that, on your first appointment, find out what the therapist is going to do, and get to know each other. You can ask him or her if they want you to write down your feelings for the next session, yes.

therapy works when we WORK it! take care!!
