Type in "beef nutrional facts" and "turkey nutritional facts" into the search bar. You should be able to find what you're looking for.

Ground turkey is much lower in fat than ground beef, It took me a while to get used to it though so what I did was start out by mixing half ground beef and ground turkey, Now I just use straight ground turkey and I love it

I can't stand ground beef anymore. I started using ground turnkey in stuff like tacos--chili--spaghetti, spicy stuff. For burgers, I mix a lot of crushed onion and other spices in.

It smells awful at first!! The really lean stuff you have to stay on top of when you're breaking it up for tacos because it just doesnt want to crumble.
