Kid 1 who knows shotokan karate who is a orange belt and a brown belt in shito ryu karate and this kid is pretty muscular
kid 2 a want be gangster knows boxing but strong but not muscular or strong as kid one

i think kid one because he has more expirience with fighting and gangsters usually just swing wildly which will get them exhausted easier and faster MAKE A VIDEO SEND IT TO ME XD

It doesn't matter which Kid did what and how long. It's just a matter of state of mind, and courage.
The kid who will win is the one who is more ready to fight, the one that has less fear, and the one who has a peaceful mind.
"It is not the size of a man in a fight, it is the size of a fight in a man".
You cannot say that because this kid is muscular he will kick the *** of another kid that is skinny or whatever. A hard punch to the face will knock you out dependless of how big and muscular you are. A kick to the kidneys will surely prevent you from breathing, and can sometimes be fatal.

First of all, do your best to talk your friends out of this fight. Sounds like BS. Having said that, I bet on kid #1.

I honestly think it will be an ugly fight.
Wild swings and ugly punches are pretty much expected.
It's not going to be that fun.
But since Kid 1 has some trainning, I would bet on him.
Don't get too in to it.

How much REAL self defense training does kid 1 have? not much? then kid 2 has the advantage if he is a street fighter.martial arts are an art form-katas, etc, will do you absolutely no good in a real situation.
